We first met Judy Nimz through a friend in 2021. We were looking for a house in Sarasota. Judy did a terrific job in closing our condo. Four years later, we decided to sell the property. It was a bit of a difficult sale, but Judy got it done. Judy is patient, positive and understanding. We wouldn’t use anyone else!!

We met Judy Nimz serendipitously last winter when we were causally exploring neighborhoods in Sarasota for a vacation home. Though we have visited many times on short vacations, we were still unsure about the many options around town. Judy led us through them patiently and with the depth of experience and knowledge that can only come from a native Floridian. Soon we realized what warmth and commitment she brings to help folks like us make the sunshine state feel like home. From start to finish, my house selling experience with Judy Nimz and Dede Curran was top-notch. They helped me stage my house, and the photos looked fabulous. They provided excellent brochures, floor plans, and detailed info sheets that looked great and were comprehensive. They met the buyers and agents during the showings and open houses. They were available always for me and responded immediately when I had questions. They were very knowledgeable, and their years of expertise and experience gave me so much confidence. I had an offer within three weeks of listing my house in a challenging buyers’ market. Beyond their professionalism, they are both very nice and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this team and will gladly work with them in the future.

Selling our property went very smoothly due to Judy Nimz’s personality, knowledge and diligence. We were not present in Florida during the entire sales process and Judy took over and managed every obstacle that came up as if it were her place. She orchestrated a painless and pleasant closing. Judy Nimz has been my realtor since I first moved to Sarasota years ago. From more than 2000 miles away, it was difficult to stay on top of the house buying process, especially as a first-time home buyer. Judy walked me through every step, right on time -- she didn't miss a beat. Now my family has grown, and Judy again helped us find a new house that we love. And, as a first-time home seller, she walked us through the process... closed ~40 days after the listing went live. I continue to recommend Judy to my family and friends.

I have nothing but praise for Judy Nimz. There’s a funny story behind her being my agent. I was a realtor in Sarasota for several years in the early 2000s, and then I went back to healthcare where I spent the majority of my career. I did a deal with Judy probably 17 years ago now. I had the buyer, and she had the seller. I found her to be a straight shooter, while also being very professional, kind and easy to deal with. So when I thought about who I’d like to list my house, I remembered her and called her up. From the first contact I had with her after 17 years, she was exactly the same person she had been. Besides all the above qualities, she really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled professionally and ethically. I never once wished I had not selected her to list my house. She is a stellar Realtor in my book!!
