There was no one else we would work to purchase our new home, other than Judy Nimz! Judy has been in the real estate business in SRQ for over 30 years. Judy is someone who has seen the growth in Sarasota, and where the local real estate market is trending. Judy's knowledge of the real estate market and her generous ability to refer us to resources (who actually return calls) make her a "concierge realtor". She has sold multiple family members’ homes throughout the Sarasota / Venice area. We will continue to refer Judy to our friends and family too if searching for a home.

We planned to purchase a home in Sarasota remotely from North Carolina, so we needed a really good agent to help us through the search and buying process. Judy Nimz was recommended to us by a friend we have in Sarasota. To start our process, Judy gave us a lot of great information on neighborhoods and general market conditions. After we found a home online that appealed to us, Judy went over and conducted a video walk-through, along with giving us an accurate report on the condition of the home. After we decided to buy, she was great with handling negotiations, supplying both us and the seller with every detail necessary to make the purchase process go smoothly. Judy even helped us out afterwards with finding the contractor we needed for remodeling. Judy was there with us every step of the way, and is still offering to help us out with some additional details after the sale. We highly recommend her if you need a very experienced and reliable Real Estate pro for the Sarasota area!

I have bought and sold several homes over the years and worked with many different realtors. My experience working with Judy Nimz was, by far, the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. To determine the right price at which to list my home, Judy came equipped with the most thorough comparable recent sales information that I have ever received. Because the property was listed correctly and the marketing plan was so well done, I was able to achieve a sale in a short amount of time. Judy worked diligently to help me achieve a smooth closing that would accommodate me even though I moved out of Florida prior to the closing date. She is absolutely the best!!

We first met Judy in our search for a home at an open house she was giving. Though we already had a realtor representing us, we were impressed with Judy's professionalism, respectfulness, and kindness. We ended up buying Judy's listing. Approximately 5 years later when we were ready to leave Florida and move on, Judy became the only realtor we would consider using as our listing agent. We hit the jackpot when working with Judy Nimz! She immediately sent us villa info she thought we might like. Spent a few days with her and found our new home the second day. She took care of all our questions, or if she didn't know, got back to us as soon as she found out. She knew we had some concerns and even stayed with us during the home inspection. Recommended a great moving company. Very nice lady to work with and will always recommend her!

I knew Judy from the sale of another home I owned, and was delighted to see she was the listing agent on the home I was interested in. She responded immediately, arranged for a viewing the same day I called, and handled all the details of the sale with the exemplary professionalism I have come to rely on from her. All this made somewhat complicated by the fact that I was buying the home for my out-of-state brother! Judy took it in stride, and everything went off without a hitch.
